Post-Disaster Evaluation and Restoration

In the aftermath of an over explosion and ensuing fire, we evaluated the structural condition of a five-story apartment building. We designed repairs for the structural damage that consisted of buckled and distorted structural steel framing. We provided expert reports that enabled the landlord to reoccupy the building after it was declared uninhabitable by the Building Inspector and so the landlord could recoup money through an insurance claim.
